Is this brush small enough for my tiny dog’s mouth?

Our pet toothbrush features a tapered brush head, making it suitable for both small and big dogs. This design allows for effective and comfortable brushing for pets of different sizes.

why does your instruction say to have "the blue LED lights facing the inside of your palm"? would it somehow affect the efficacy of microcurrent if my palm is not touching that side of the brush?

No, it would not affect the efficacy of the microcurrents at all. It is simply to let you know how to hold the toothbrush and brush your pet's teeth.

If it makes no sound or vibration, how do we know if it has quit working and we need to replace it?

Once the LED lights on the back of the handle of the toothbrush do not turn on after you press the button, it quit working, and you will need a replacement.

What kind of toothpaste can I use with my Oreze pet toothbrush?

You can use any pet toothpaste your pet likes, or try out our probiotic pet toothpaste!

Do you have any clinical study data regarding the 6x plaque removal and reduction of gum inflammation?

Can my pups share the same brush if cleaned between uses, or is that not recommended?

It depends on the pet owner, but if your pets live in the same environment, eat the same food, and have no special oral/health problems, it is up to the owner to share the same brush head. However, we strongly recommend purchasing a replaceable brush head that is available on our website and interchanging the brush heads for each of your pets!

Does this have an ultrasonic sound to it that dogs can hear?

Ultrasonic sound bothers dogs because their listening frequency range is wider than that of humans. But Oreze does not use Ultrasonic. so there is no disturbing noise at all. t only removes the plaque and bad breath from the hidden area, too.)

How is this any different from just a regular toothbrush?

Our Oreze Microcurrent Pet toothbrush uses Bioelectric Microcurrent waves to clean 6x plaque in hard-to-reach areas that traditional toothbrushes cannot reach. Is the Oreze probiotic pet toothpaste enzymatic?

Our toothpaste does contain ingredients that do contain enzymes like Lactobacillus Ferment, Lactobacillus ferment is an interesting probiotic ingredient with some promising properties. It's a DNA repair enzyme. Our Oreze pet toothpaste is also a probiotic pet toothpaste that helps vital functions like digestion, nutrient absorption, vitamin synthesis, and toxin elimination.

Does the Oreze toothbrush have a motor?

No, we do not have motors in our electric toothbrush since we use bioelectric microcurrent waves.

Why does the Oreze pet toothbrush have no blue light on the brush head?

1. The brush head is designed with a slim profile to fit the unique contours of a cat's or dog's mouth, making it challenging to incorporate two effectively functioning electrodes.

2. Cat's or dog's eyes are significantly more sensitive than those of humans, and the bright blue light could cause them discomfort.

Can I use a UV sanitizer to store the toothbrush when not in use?

Yes, you can store the toothbrush under a UV sanitizer when it is not in use.

I received the toothbrush, and it is fully charged. However, it does not vibrate. Please advise.

Our Oreze Microcurrent Pet Toothbrush does not contain a motor like other electric toothbrushes. We use bioelectric microcurrent waves that work silently and do not vibrate like a traditional toothbrush.

We have replaceable brush heads available for sale on our website. We have three different colors to choose from that match our toothbrush colors—one in pearl white, one in marine blue, and last in canary yellow.

How do you clean the brush?

After use, you can just rinse it with water and let it completely dry like a traditional toothbrush.

Is the only way to purchase currently directly through the website?

I just got a notice that my package was picked up at the post office, and that certainly wasn’t the case.

Please ask the USPS employees if the package has been picked up by someone else or let us know, and we will try our best to come up with a solution for you. We apologize for the inconvenience.

How do I start a return?

You can start a return through where you have placed our Oreze order or via Shopify.

Can I return my brush heads?

If it is unopened/unused, we can accept the return.

What are your return policies?

Unfortunately, due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened/used products. We can only accept unopened/unused products.

What are your shipping rates?

Standard shipping is free over a purchase of $60.
We also offer USPS Priority Mail Express shipping starting at $28.75

We ship with USPS to all 50 states of the United States. We currently do not ship to Canada.
